Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BestFoxCall Ltd. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our returns policy below.


1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Please include your order number and reason for return (optional but helpful).


2. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging where possible
  • Include all parts and accessories

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function.


3. Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during return.


4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We may request photographs of the issue to help resolve the matter quickly.

Where an item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Provide a full refund (including standard delivery costs)

We will also reimburse reasonable return postage costs for faulty or incorrect goods.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method (PayPal).

Please note that it may take several working days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Items personalised or customised to your specification
  • Goods returned in a used or damaged condition not due to our fault
